Important: Hugston does not claim ownership over third-party models, datasets, or assets uploaded by users. Responsibility for licensing and usage rights of such assets remains with the uploader.
6. Copyright & Takedown
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, you may request removal by contacting us with sufficient details. We reserve the right to remove content and take action against repeat infringers.
7. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.
